PRACOWNIA SNOOF. Mother's Day

For the Mother's Day I chose to go to the 'Pracownia Snoof' Florist's.

If I could choose again - it would be them to make wedding bouquet!!!

OK, it's not cheap...
BUT: I really enjoy the flower compositions made by two talented guys, interior of the place and... the fact that it's in the centre.

Look which flowers I chose:

and how do you like it inside?

It's a MUST SEE and MUST HAVE. At least once :))

And look at their compositions of wedding bouquets!

Firefighters' Day

So how about enjoying the view of a whole crowd of firefighters?

...or their cars?
...or listening to their orchestras?

Karolina, a good friend of mine is crazy about it all, unfortunately we haven't met her.
So - we've had as much fun as possible!

First we watched the cars:

Then we checked how they look from closer:

and then we moved to the action:

On that day the centre was decorated nicely with flowers:

GNIEZNO. Constitution Day

Not that far from Poznań, especially since there's a highway nearby. It takes about half an hour to get to Gniezno - the first Polish capital.

Where to spend such a patriotic day as May 3rd? Gniezno seemed a perfect choice.
Well, we haven't checked the forecasts, but - as they say - we are not made of sugar. If you have an umbrella - you don't melt :)

ADAM MICKIEWICZ UNIVERSITY Tourism Days

My good friends are organizing Tourism Days: they are real travellers, passionate about geography, Poland, Europe, the World... :)
But what made me happy most - were their guests this year. Actually, a couple of them: Anna Dziewit-Meller and Marcin Meller - authors of "Gaumardżos", book about Georgia. Country that I am truly in love with!
Tourism Days -students' festival of travelling were organized by the Faculty of Georgraphy, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań:

It was also a good occasion to meet Georgian friends living in Poznań!

Spring on my terrace in Poznań

Finally.

The winter was too long.
It made me so happy to see these flowers on the market - and I hope that this view makes all passers-by equally happy :)

Btw: "Droga Dębińska" - that's the name of the street where the flower market is. Go and check yourself! It's opened every morning and costs very little money.
